Shterna Rappaport is an educator and leader in Jewish education with experience spanning early childhood through seminary. She has worked as a teacher, preschool assistant director, and mentor, and is known for her warm, structured approach.She specializes in making Chassidic and Torah values accessible and developmentally appropriate for children, and in recent years has developed initiatives helping educators and parents communicate the Rebbe’s educational message in practical, relatable ways. Shterna runs workshops for parents that strengthen the home–school partnership and promote intentional, Torah-based parenting, and she supports teachers in building consistent, values-driven, socially and emotionally healthy classrooms.
